Step 1

Consultation

Please call or email us at your convenience to speak with a member of our sales staff. We will need to know generally what type of memorial you need and in which cemetery it is to be placed.

Step 2

Sales and Design

Trained by the AICA, our designer will sketch a rendering of the initial concept based on feedback received from the consultation. You are invited to be a part of the design process.

Step 3

Proofing

You will receive a scaled drawing (proof) of your memorial. At this time you can make changes to the memorial and request a new proof. Legacy Memorials will not manufacture the memorial until we have a signed proof. We guarantee that the memorial represented and sold to you will look as close as possible to your proof.

Step 4

Setting

Our trained crew has almost 40 years of experience in memorial setting. We guarantee all of our installations. If the memorial ever becomes un-level we will repair the foundation at no charge.
